Youth Empowerment

adult training

This class combines resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and fundamental boxing techniques. The class focuses on burning fat, building lean muscle, and having fun. Participants alternate between lifting weights, performing bodyweight drills, and practicing boxing moves like jabs, hooks, crosses and uppercuts along with foot and head movement. The dynamic workout keeps energy high, targeting different muscles groups for a comprehensive and engaging fitness experience.

strength & conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning classes focus on enhancing your body’s ability to perform — in the gym, on the field, or in everyday life.
